ICT Service Desk Analyst

National Archives of Australia is looking for an APS4 ICT Service Desk Analyst to provide front‑line ICT support as the primary contact for internal clients, managing and recording incidents and requests, coordinating with technology teams for timely resolution, and maintaining accurate knowledgebase and asset information in line with agreed service levels.
This role requires flexibility in relation to office locations to support the needs of the business and there may be a core hour or an on-call component to assist with service delivery, outside normal business hours. This is an on-site role with minimum flexibility for remote/hybrid arrangements.
Location: Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work on site primarily at our Mitchell office with scheduled trips to our Parkes office to provide support to staff there.
Qualification: Appropriate tertiary level qualifications and/or certifications (e.g., ITIL, Information Technology) are desirable.
Eligibility: Applicants must be Australian citizens and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance to Baseline Level.
