National Archives is seeking a delivery‑focused ICT Director to drive implementation of the organisation’s technology roadmap and ensure strong governance and assurance across the ICT portfolio. The role oversees planning, prioritisation and delivery performance, manages risks and dependencies, and provides clear reporting to senior leadership and manages ICT governance committees. You will also lead contract and partner oversight to ensure value for money and effective contribution to roadmap outcomes.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in ICT governance and assurance, business partnering, ICT strategy, enterprise architecture, business analysis, vendor management and change management.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating ICT project activity and managing benefits realisation.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building and relationship-management skills.
- Understanding of modern ICT environments such as cloud services, cybersecurity and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Relevant ICT or business qualifications (desirable)
Eligibilities: Applicants must be Australian citizens and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance to Baseline with ability to obtain NV1 if required.
