The National Archives of Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative professional who is committed to improving digital information management within the Commonwealth.

The Agency Engagement section within the National Archives is responsible for developing and issuing records authorities to ensure the proper retention and disposal of Australian Government information. The section is also responsible for building Australian Government agencies' digital information management capability. This includes providing targeted information and records management advice to agencies, developing online content to support implementation of the Digital Continuity 2020 policy, conducting whole-of-government information management surveys, and coordinating stakeholder engagements such as information sessions and e-bulletins. This assistance is provided through targeted and proactive engagement and provision of information management advice, tools and guidance.

Experience in digital information, records management and/or related fields is essential.

Eligibility: Applicants must be Australian citizens and be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance.
